Ocorre no Alto Amazonas e Rio Negro em bordas de matas secund\u00e1rias, matas de v\u00e1rzeas e de igap\u00f3s e tamb\u00e9m em clareiras, seguindo bandos mistos. It occurs in the Upper Amazon and Rio Negro along the edges of secondary forests, in lowland and igap\u00f3 forests, and also in clearings, following mixed flocks.
