Saí-de-Bico-Curto
Cyanerpes nitidus
Apresentam acentuado dimorfismo sexual. O macho é azul-violeta com garganta, asas e máscara pretas. A fêmea é verde, com a região ao redor da base do bico azul. Ventre estriado em verde e branco. Ambos possuem bico fino e pernas rosadas. Vivem nas copas das árvores em pequenos grupos.

They show marked sexual dimorphism. The male is blue-violet with a black throat, wings and mask. The female is green, with the region around the base of the bill blue. Belly striated in green and white. Both have a thin beak and pink legs. They live in the treetops in small groups.
